How do I join the referral program?
Joining is simple! Sign up on the My Account page of our website. Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard, where you’ll find your unique referral link to share with friends, family, or followers.
How do I refer someone?
Simply share your unique referral link. When a new customer clicks on your link and makes a purchase, their order is tracked under your referral.
What rewards can I earn?
You can earn 10% of the order value for items purchased through your referral links.
How can I track my referrals and earnings?
You can log in to your account and visit the “Referral Dashboard” to see your referrals, earnings, and payment status.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Referral rewards are processed 30 days after the referred order is shipped. Payments are sent according to our payout schedule, which you can find in your account.
How will I receive my payout?
Payouts are made via Stripe. When your first referral order is placed, you’ll receive a notification email . You can also check your Stripe account status anytime from the my account page
You must complete the account setup process, as we can only pay bonuses to an active Stripe account. Once your bonus is processed, the amount will be credited to your Stripe account, and you can easily withdraw it to your connected bank account.
What happens if my referral cancels their order?
If a referred order is canceled or refunded, the referral reward for that order will not be credited.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! You can refer as many people as you like and earn rewards for each successful referral.
Can I refer myself?
No, self-referrals are not allowed. The referral program is designed to reward you for bringing in new customers.
